Die UEFA investiert Einnahmen aus ihren Elitewettbewerben in Entwicklungsprogramme zur Unterstützung ihrer 55 Mitgliedsverbände und zur Stärkung des gesamten Fußball-Ökosystems in Europa und darüber hinaus.

Die Nettoeinnahmen aus der Männer- EM-Endrunde werden an die Mitgliedsverbände ausgeschüttet, um Entwicklungs- und Infrastruktur- projekte zu unterstützen.

Das Grow-Programm bietet maßgeschneiderte Expertise, um in den National-verbänden Fußballent-wicklungsprojekte mit strategischen Prioritäten in Einklang zu bringen.

Die UEFA Academy organisiert maß-geschneiderte Ausbildungs-programme für Verbands-mitarbeitende, Spieler/-innen sowie für Expert/-innen, die ihre Karriere im Fußball voranbringen möchten.
